Brian Regan: On The Rocks

Bare Bones:

Brian Regan talks about every-day happenings in his world, in the manner he does best.

Running Time – 58 min.

Overall Thoughts:

Anytime Brian Regan creates a new show, he has a high bar to reach, as his comedy performances are considered the best in the industry. This time, for the first time in memory, he didn't quite meet his high standard. I'm not sure what it was. Maybe the material was not honed quite as nicely as he usually does? On a normal scale, this show is a success, and I certainly laughed and enjoyed Regan's performance. It just wasn't the perfection I am used to for him.

What Makes This Show Special:

Regan talks about how humans have special doctors for every body part, yet dogs and other animals are limited to one doctor for all of their body parts. Speaking for the entire community, we have no desire to mimic humans and overload our schedule book with dozens of medical appointments, thank you!

Beware Of:

Regan steps out of his comfort zone a bit by talking about some less mundane topics, such as dealing with OCD and making analytical decisions about becoming a criminal. If you've never seen Regan before, watch any other of his performances first, to see him at his typical level.

For Dawg Eyes Only: As a Working Dawg, I appreciate Brian's hard-work ethic.
