Overall Thoughts:

Ozark is a story of less-than-perfect characters who struggle to find the right path under difficult circumstances. Marty Byrde's business decisions get him deeper into trouble while trying to do what's best for his family. But, he ends up pulling his wife and kids into the sinkhole of criminal activity and really bad folk.

What Makes This Show Special:

Many shows use time-shifting as a story telling device, however Ozark requires constant flashbacks in order to properly tell the story and reveal information that provides a suspenseful yet satisfying flow. And the acting from Bateman, Linney, and Garner, portraying wonderfully flawed characters, makes this show fun to watch!

Beware Of:

Don't get too attached to a storyline or a character, because anything can happen and you never know when the ground will disappear beneath you. Figuratively, of course.

For Dawg Eyes Only: Humans can be real animals! It's fun to watch, don't call off the dawgs!
